Introduction

The ever-changing industrial landscape, especially with the imminent arrival of Industrial Revolution 4.0, would require academics, researchers and businesses to adopt and adapt Education 4.0. Education 4.0 requires the education providers to equip and produce graduates who would be an effective contributor towards Industrial Revolution 4.0. In order to remain relevant and ensure continuous sustainability in today’s economic landscape, networking and innovative ideas in cross-disciplines are crucial. Thus, the International Symposium & Exhibition on Business and Accounting 2020 (ISEBA 2020) with the theme Embracing IR 4.0 towards Sustainable Development Goals will bring together researchers and practitioners from multi-disciplines to share their latest research findings and brainstorm new research ideas across disciplines.

The College of Business Management & Accounting (COBA) of Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) would like to invite you to participate in the International Symposium & Exhibition on Business and Accounting 2020 (ISEBA 2020), which will be held on 18th November 2020 at the Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Muadzam Shah, Pahang, Malaysia. With the theme of Embracing IR 4.0 towards Sustainable Development Goals, ISEBA 2020 brings together researchers and practitioners from multi-disciplines to share their latest research findings and brainstorm new research ideas across disciplines. The ISEBA 2020 focuses on multi-disciplinary tracks namely Environmental Sustainability, Sustainability Accounting, Business Sustainability and Innovation and Technology that envisage to benefit the academics, industry and businesses. This symposium and exhibition is opened to all students, academicians and industry experts who are interested to share ideas and expertise from their respective fields through virtual presentation. Also, ISEBA 2020 provides a virtual platform for postgraduate students to engage in discussions with invited expert panels and fellow researchers during the Postgraduate Colloquium.

Symposium Objectives

• To encourage lecturers and post graduate students to actively produce academic writing or research and to share and exchange ideas for new input generation in respective research areas.

• To generate and create a new knowledge through sharing and exchanging research findings from various area.

• To foster inventiveness and innovations skills among lecturers and school students through poster exhibitions.
